Our HIPs are managed online giving you full access at all times.
You will be sent an email to confirm that the property has reached First Day of Marketing (FDM) together with your unique password to enable you to track the progress of your HIP and download it at any time.
We produce all our Residential Surveys & EPC’s in house thus providing our clients with a high quality and reliable service at all times.
There is no legal requirement under the current regulations for a printed version of the HIP to be supplied, but a printed and bound version can be supplied once you have logged in at a price of £18.00

What is a Home information Pack (HIP)?Home Information Packs are designed to speed up the home buying process by making sure the seller has information about their property ready before starting to market it for sale.
It is the legal responsibility of the person selling the property (the vendor) or their agent to ensure all relevant documents are ready to present to prospective buyers.
For buyers the pack contains information about properties they are considering buying, free of charge. The pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate containing advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills.
